Celebrity Cruises hired a digital agency to redesign their B2C website. The scope of the project included a new content management system and personalization engine. The multi-million dollar project timeline began to slip and leadership was forced to make design compromises in order to reduce delays and mitigate losses. My team was tasked with optimizing the booking funnel which resulted in significant increases in bookings, conversion and net promoter score rating.
